How value is protected
Investment would be governed through approved structures with clear decision rights, conflicts management, evidence standards, transparent reporting and restrictions on unsupported claims. The Initiative is not presented as a financial product and does not promise financial returns. Commercial, philanthropic, public and blended-capital pathways would be designed separately and approved before use.
The role of United World Leaders
United World Leaders is invited to become the Founding Sponsor and International Steward. Its leadership can provide legitimacy, convening power, governance and access to countries and institutions. This creates a trusted environment in which multiple investor types can participate without any single funder owning the mission.
Executive leadership
Troy Latter proposes to serve as Founding Executive Director, accountable to agreed governance and responsible for building the programme office, partner network, investment pathways, framework, pilots and public institution.
