What we need from UWL

Nominate a founding council. Bring together members across countries, industries and causes.
Back the first global capability study. Fund and support the evidence, engagement and pilot programme.

Launch a founding cohort. Begin with credible countries, organisations and communities, then scale.

Immediate decision sought: authorise a founding design and sponsorship discussion, nominate executive sponsors, and establish a 90-day mobilisation phase.
