Distinguished leaders nominated for UWL approval to provide convening authority, credibility and strategic direction.
Scientific and Evidence Panel
Independent technical, ethics, measurement and cross-cultural review of claims, methods and published results.
Regional and Country Champions
Approved leaders who convene local participants, pilot programmes and national or regional capability roadmaps.
Youth Council Chair
A formal pathway for young leaders to shape foresight, priorities, research and programme design.
Formation Coordinator begins approved mobilisation and participant recruitment.
Founding council, work programmes, first participants and delivery plan established.
Subject to UWL determination that the Initiative is sufficiently formed and compliant.
Director, Executive Director and Chair progression remains at UWL discretion and depends on sustained evidence of impact.
Non-negotiable governance
Authority, money, brand and evidence stay controlled.
- No authority to bind United World Leaders.
- No unauthorised fundraising, grants, sponsorship, investment solicitation or commercial activity.
- Any financial support flows only through UWL-approved channels.
- First external communications and public materials are submitted for UWL review after approval.
- Monthly formation reporting and quarterly impact reporting.
- Clear evidence, data, IP, privacy, ethics and correction controls.
